Plough & Pantry was founded by Lukasz & Sam with a simple belief: getting fresh, local food for your home shouldn’t be complicated.

After years working in fast-paced food and hospitality environments, we saw first-hand how disconnected the food system had become from the people it serves. Incredible local produce was being grown just miles away — yet most households were still relying on long supply chains and supermarket shelves.

We built Plough & Pantry to change that.

Our focus is straightforward: partner with trusted local farms, curate the best seasonal products each week, and deliver them directly to homes across our community. No unnecessary complexity, no inflated promises — just honest, high-quality food handled with care.

Sam brings operational and customer experience expertise from leading high-volume hospitality teams, ensuring every order runs smoothly from click to delivery. Lukasz brings deep culinary and product knowledge from years working as a Head Chef with his background, ensures the quality of every product we source meets the standards of a professional kitchen, not just a warehouse shelf.
