Plough & Pantry Ltd sources fresh produce and food products from carefully selected independent farms and producers. Due to the perishable nature of these goods, our refund policy reflects the requirements of food safety and freshness.
1. Perishable Goods
Most products sold by Plough & Pantry are fresh and perishable. For this reason, we do not accept returns once items have been delivered.
However, if there is an issue with your order we will always review it fairly and aim to resolve the matter promptly.
2. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives with:

• Incorrect items
• Missing products
• Products that are not of satisfactory quality

3. Food Safety Concerns
If you believe a product is unsafe or contaminated, please contact us immediately.
We work with trusted farms and producers who comply with UK food safety standards. Any concerns raised by customers will be investigated promptly.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or amended before the weekly order cut-off time.
Because produce is sourced and prepared based on weekly demand, orders cannot be cancelled after the cut-off time.
5. Unattended Deliveries
If you authorise us to leave your order in a safe place, responsibility transfers to you once delivery has been completed.
We are not liable for spoilage, theft or damage after delivery has been made to the agreed location.
Customers should ensure perishable items are refrigerated promptly after delivery.
6. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
