By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms.


1. Who We Are

Plough & Pantry Ltd sources and supplies fresh produce and food products from carefully selected independent farms and producers.

We operate an online store through which customers can order food products for local delivery.

2. Our Products

We source our products from independent farms and food producers.

While we carefully select our suppliers, product availability may vary due to seasonal supply and demand.

Images and product descriptions are provided for illustration purposes and may occasionally vary slightly from the product supplied.


3. Orders

All orders must be placed before the stated weekly order cut-off time.

Once the cut-off has passed, orders cannot be amended or cancelled as produce is sourced and prepared based on confirmed orders.

Orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable we may:

• Offer a suitable substitute, or
• Provide a refund for the affected item.


4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Customers must pay in full at the time of ordering.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to an order being placed.

If Plough & Pantry Ltd is not VAT registered, prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes at the time of purchase.


5. Delivery

Delivery is available only within selected postcode areas.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information when placing an order.

If you authorise us to leave your order in a safe place, responsibility for the goods transfers to you once delivery has been completed.

Customers should refrigerate perishable items promptly after delivery.

6. Food Safety & Product Quality

We work with trusted producers who comply with UK food hygiene regulations.

If you believe a product is unsafe, damaged or unsatisfactory, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Plough & Pantry Ltd will not be liable for losses resulting from:

• Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
• Unattended deliveries where authorised
• Events outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.


8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, images and materials are owned by or licensed to Plough & Pantry Ltd.

You may not reproduce or use any content without prior permission.


9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on our website.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
