Meet Mountain Produce, a small family-run farm based in Minera, just outside Wrexham. They began growing fresh leafy salads in 2013 before developing their Welsh cold-pressed rapeseed and sunflower oils, which are gently pressed, filtered and bottled on the farm in small batches.

Sustainability runs throughout the farm, from hydroponic growing and renewable energy to conservation grazing and finding practical uses for production leftovers. Their oils have also earned prestigious Great Taste recognition, including two stars for their rapeseed oil and three stars for their sunflower oil in 2023.
